Hi. I’m Chase.
Albert Einstein (allegedly) once said, “If I had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.” In my experience, this truth also is very much applicable in the realm of human psychology. Professionally I have tended to gravitate towards clients that possesses many of the outward facing characteristics of success, only to somehow feel as though something is off or missing – like they are possessing a problem that increasingly feels unsolvable, and often despite displaying great ability in solving problems in other areas of life.
I’ve grown enough in my own awareness to know that I really enjoy working with clients that feel stuck, burnt out, confused, and looking for solutions to a problem that doesn’t yet make total sense. Through emphasis on creating an environment in which one can physically and emotionally “exhale” - rooted in dialogue, occasional humor, collaboration, introspection, and education – my hope is that I effectively communicate in a way that helps my clients know that their struggle is comprehensible, understandable, reasonable, and solvable.
In clinical speak, the above often translates into some form of Life Transition Issue, Career Change/Dissatisfaction, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Relationship Struggles, Problems with “opening up” to others, Struggles with Shame or Self Esteem, and/or a tendency to “stuff” uncomfortable emotions, although the above symptoms can translate in other clinical diagnoses as well.
If any of the above resonates with you today, and you’re looking for help in better understanding the problem you’re facing as a part of your larger process of growth and restoration – I’d love to have a conversation with you at your earliest convenience.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Yep! My wife and I are native Arizonians and lived in the Phoenix area since 2022, at which time we decided to move to Pennsylvania. Together, we have three kids (one boy, two girls) that continue to make life interesting and/or exciting/
